Đây là dạng 2 phần Writing Part 4
I. TỔNG QUAN VỀ PART 4
Nhiệm vụ chính trong part 4:
● Viết email cho bạn (50 words, limit: 75 words)
● Viết email cho quản lý của CLB (120-150 words, limit: 225 words)
3 dạng bài chính phổ biến part 4:
Dạng 1: CLB có kế hoạch/gặp vấn đề gì đó
→ yêu cầu thành viên đưa ra góp ý/giải pháp + đưa ra lý do
Dạng 2: CLB có kế hoạch/gặp vấn đề gì đó & có sẵn 2 option
→ yêu cầu thành viên chọn 1 trong 2 + đưa ra lý do
Dạng 3: Một vấn đề xã hội (dạng đề hiếm)
→ yêu cầu thành viên đưa ra cảm nghĩ của mình
Phần này sẽ làm việc về
Dạng 2: CLB có kế hoạch/gặp vấn đề gì đó & có sẵn 2 option
#1. Viết thư cho bạn (50 words, limit: 75 words)
GD1: Đưa ra lời chào + chúc sức khoẻ
Cấu trúc chung cho lời chào: Hi + Name,
Cấu trúc chung cho chúc sức khoẻ: Hope you’re doing well / How are things?
GD2: Xác định được vấn đề chính của CLB + gắn cảm xúc
Vấn đề chính CLB là tiêu cực → Cảm xúc: buồn
Vấn đề chính CLB là tích cực → Cảm xúc: vui vẻ
Cảm xúc buồn: What a bummer that + vấn đề chính của CLB gặp phải (paraphrase)
Cảm xúc vui: I was pumped to hear that + vấn đề chính của CLB gặp phải (paraphrase)
GD3: Đề cập tới việc CLB đang cân nhắc 2 option
Cấu trúc: It looks like the club is torn between two options: [option A] and [option B]
→ option A/B khi viết phải ở dạng danh từ (động từ thêm đuôi -ing)
GD4: Bản thân chọn option nào
Cấu trúc: If you ask, I definitely lean towards the first option / the second option.
GD5: Hỏi ý kiến của bạn + lời chào tạm biệt
Cấu trúc cho việc hỏi ý kiến: What do you reckon? Let me know soon.
Cấu trúc cho việc chào tạm biệt: Cheers / Catch you later, + tên (xuống dòng)
Ví dụ minh họa (Outdoor club):
The club organizes travel in the summer. Do you want to go to the mountains or the coast? Please give a suggestion for both young and old people.

#2. Viết thư cho quản lý (120–150 words, limit: 225 words)
GD1: Lời chào + lý do viết thư
Cấu trúc cho lời chào: Dear Sir/Madam, (không biết tên)
· Cấu trúc cho lý do viết thư:
I am writing this email to express my thoughts and offer a few suggestions regarding the recent announcement.
GD2: Đề cập vấn đề chính của CLB + đưa ra cảm xúc
Cảm xúc vui:
Having read the newsletter, I was delighted to hear that + vấn đề chính của CLB
Cảm xúc buồn:
Having read the newsletter, I was saddened to hear that + vấn đề chính của CLB
GD3: Đề cập tới việc CLB đang cân nhắc 2 option
Cấu trúc chung:
To be more specific, our club is considering two options: [option A] and [option B]
GD4: Bản thân chọn option nào + tại sao
Cấu trúc chung:
From my perspective, I believe that the former / latter option is more appropriate due to several reasons.
To begin with, while [option em không chọn] could + tác hại / bất lợi, [option em chọn] could + lợi ích số 1.
Furthermore, it would be beneficial/ideal if the club could select [option em chọn] since this is an excellent opportunity to not only + lợi ích số 2 but also + lợi ích số 3.
For example, ví dụ (nếu cần thiết).
Finally, I would be grateful if we could hold a meeting to allow each member to voice their views on this situation. (luôn là có đính cho mọi dạng bài)
GD5: Mong chủ tịch cân nhắc gợi ý + kết thư

I am writing this email to express my thoughts and offer a few suggestions regarding the recent announcement.
Having read the newsletter, I was delighted to hear that the club is going to replace some old equipment. To be more specific, our club is considering two options: organizing a sponsorship event and increasing the membership fee by 50%.
From my perspective, I believe that the former option is more appropriate due to several reasons. To begin with, while raising membership fee to 50% could become a big financial burden for some members, such as students and the elderly, organizing could promote club images to attract more people. Furthermore, it would be beneficial if the club could select holding sponsorship event since this not only helps strengthen their friendship but also improves their soft skills such as teamwork and communication skills. Finally, I would be grateful if we could hold a meeting to allow each member to voice their views on this situation.
